You can also try some simpe hacks- develop a dedicated sleep cycle time. Try sleeping at same time and for same hours. Exercise 20-30 min a day, avoid blue light at evenings and anytime you are unable to sleep, start counting your breath in ascending and descending order (up to 10 times)
